Journées Arithmétiques is the most important conference series in Number Theory. It is organized biannually in a European country, and every second meeting is organized in France. You can read about its history here. In addition to a prestigious group of invited speakers, the conference is expected to attract over one hundred contributed refereed talks. There will be a satellite meeting on p-adic modular forms to be organized at the Istanbul Center for Mathematical Sciences.

Conference abstracts will be edited and published on the web site of the conference. We have plans to submit a proceedings volume to Birkhauser. Your poster presentations are well-come. Some of the talks will be published online on our page.

Istanbul is a city full of life. The conference venue is situated at the heart of the historical peninsula and many of the touristic attractions are nearby to discover. There will be several cultural events and a dinner associated to the JA2019
