Expenses of GTEM members are expected to be covered by their Nodes.

There will be a TUBITAK support available for local participants.

There is some ICTP or IMU support available, please check the list of eligible countries.

For other participants, in case you have any problems, please contact us, we will do our best to find a solution.

PARTICIPATION COSTS. Participants who wants to have access to lunchs, official conference material including notebook etc, course notes, coffee, etc are expected to contribute 75€ towards the expenses.
